Enter to HMC and run:

vtmenu

Select LPAR. Power off LPAR.

HMC → Action → Activate → Advance Settings → Boot Mode: System Management Services
LPAR → 5. Select Boot Options → 1. Select Install/Boot Device → 2. CD/DVD → 1. SCSI → Select Media Adapter → Select Device → 3. Service Mode Boot → 1. Yes
1 + Enter to enter system console.
3 Start Maintenance Mode for System Recovery
1 Access a Root Volume Group
Select root vg
1) Access this Volume Group and start a shell
passwd
sync
reboot
