CD to LPAR with HMC

Put ISO on any listed repo.

chmod 400 aix72.iso

Select Server→Select LPAR→Virtual Storage→Virtual Optical Device→Add Virtual Optical Device

Select VIOS and Name: voptX (vopt1) → Select new device → Action → Load

Reboot→ 5. Select Boot Options → 1. Select Install/Boot Device → 2. CD/DVD → 1. SCSI → Select Media Adapter → Select Device → 3. Service Mode Boot → 1. Yes 2 Change/Show Installation Settings and Install → To continue 0 → 1 → 0 After upgrade choose vt100 terminal
