On boot screen select Install option and press e.
Attach to the end of the line:
ifname=ens0:$MACADDRESS ip=$IP::$GATEWAY:$NETMASK:$HOSTNAME:ens0:none inst.vnc inst.vncpassword=manager
Finally press Crtl+x
